🏆 Official Rules of the Monthly Contest "Between Cat and Dog"
🔹1. Contest Organizer
This contest is organized by Entre Chat et Chien , located in Lac-Simon, Quebec , and open to international participants, subject to local laws.
🔹2. Duration of the competition
The competition starts on the 1st day of the month and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM (local time).
🔹3. Conditions of participation
✔ Open to international customers who have made a purchase in the store. ✔ Each purchase automatically validates one entry into the draw. ✔ Exclusion : Company employees and their families are not eligible to participate.
🔹4. Winner selection method
✔ Random draw among eligible participants. ✔ A skill-testing question will be asked to validate the prize (legal requirement in Canada). ✔ Winner will be announced on the website and by email. ✔ The winner's name will be listed in the dedicated section on the contest page.
🔹 5. Price and discount
✔ $50 CAD gift card code sent by email . ✔ Code is sent to the email address used at the time of purchase . ✔ Prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable . ✔ Winner must respond to email within 7 days to confirm receipt of code.

✔ The participant list is strictly confidential and reserved for the organizing team. ✔ No personal information of customers will be made public . ✔ Compliance with the Privacy Act and GDPR for European customers.
🔹7. Acceptance of the rules
✔ Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these rules. ✔ The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition in the event of force majeure.
